2001 Sorrel APHA Mare (Fleeting Tradition)
- "Penny" is a real cute sorrel overo mare. She has one of the nicest overo
color pattern you can ask for. She has black eye liner which makes her face
stand out. She is Hypp N/N. We purchased her as a two year old as a
broodmare prospect. We are no-longer breeding and having foals, so we are
selling all our broodmare prospects. She has not raised a foal at this time.
She is registered Paint/Pinto. She is doing ground work and has been ridden
in a arena for 30 days, walk,troting and loping. She has gone on a trail
ride to Ohio and did wonderful with a group of horses, content to follow and
not afraid of objects. She loads, bridles and saddles with no problems. And

State University in the fall - I understand this is a bit premature, but
I am looking for boarding opportunities in the area before I decide to buy
the horse I am currently looking at (or another, for that matter). I am just
curious as to the prices and amenities your boarding facility offers. I am a
student, but would really like to be able to work off/work for the board. As
of now I am unsure of what my class schedule is, but I would still like to

| Looking for my old Morgan
- I showed quite a bit in the Midland, Gladwin, and Mt. Pleasant area up until 15
years ago. I sold my registered Morgan to a gentleman who live on Brooks Road just off
Meridian in 1997 with the understanding that when he was ready to sell him, he would
contact us. I checked with him about five years ago and he had sold my horse a few years
back forgetting about our agreement. He did not know who he sold JJ (my horse) to but that
he thought it was a divorced woman with kids that live off Five Mile Rd. North of US-10
area. I checked the area a couple of times and talked with people who had horses in the
area and none of them remember seeing JJ there. He was quite an unique Morgan as he was
the old style and stood around 16 hands high. He was chestnut without any white markings.
He was extremely gently and was excellent in Western Pleasure and Trail classes. He most
likely is not alive anymore as he would be 27 now. His registered name was Bargo's JJ
Tucker. I checked with the Justin Morgan Horse Association and he is still registered to
my father and I. I was just wondering if anyone who has been in the horse world in this
