The brouchure says reservations by 2/10/10 but I am sure they will extend them if you tell them you are a late added vendor. Also fyi the Candlewood listed at $79 +tax, so mention you found these on the brouchure and wrangle for a vendor price.....hope this helps....I would invite you here, but it would almost be as far as your place. :(
