Connie continues to improve, she is off the ventilator and the skull flap has been replaced as of last wk., she recognizes people and is speaking some and has started pt/ot as part of her road to recovery. She has a long road, but she has taken those first steps and knowing her from our academy days and time on the job, she will make it. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, and if you could still think of her and her family from time to time, I know it will help.
