Subject: Lost Greyhound update


I’m sure you all are getting tired of reading my posts but guess what? I’m not gonna stop until our boy is home J
PLEASE READ -
Please come on out ANYTIME to help spread the word of our foster dog’s situation. The absolute most important thing we can do right now is to TALK TALK TALK to everyone you see!! Bring your greys and park your cars in front of big stores like Meijer’s Home Depot, Wal-Mart, ect and hold a mini meet & greet handing out flyers. These are the residents in the area that travel the roads every day and they are our eyes to sighting this dog. The more people we reach – directly- with the image of a greyhound and the chatting in their ear about this lost dog, the more inclined they will be to pick up the phone and call in a sighting. Getting the word out is imperative to bringing this dog home. He was last seen at Vreeland Rd just east of I-75 heading into the first street east of I-75 on the north side – please communicate to people you talk to that the dog is in this GENERAL area but don’t limit the area as he could be a mile anywhere in any direction. Just say “The dog was sighted in this area” so people will keep their eyes open everywhere.

As for searching for the dog, I wish I could tell you the best place to look, but if I knew that I’d be there myself J If you feel you would rather search for the dog then talk to people then please read the section below - “Searching Tips” You can try areas where he has been sighted – Vreeland and I-75 and Flowers Creek sub off Van Horn – west of Hall….also south of Van Horn there are woods you can check out behind the Moose Lodge.

THANK YOU TO ALL THE OTHER AREA GREYHOUND GROUPS WHO HAVE SO GRACIOUSLY JOINED IN THE SEARCH, AREA RESIDENTS, AND FRIENDS OF FRIENDS WHO HAVE COME OUT TO SEARCH – YOU ALL ARE SUCH A BLESSING!! TODAY WE EVEN HAD SOMEONE COME ALL THE WAY FROM THE U.P. TO HELP!!!
