Otherwise you could be liable if you give it to someone knowing this. Buckeye replaced yours for the same reason. While it might seem nice to give feed to someone you are leaving yourself open to a poss lawsuit. If you dont want to use it, then dont expect someone else to either, even if they need to save on feed.
Not worth the risk to horses, the other person, or yourself.
