Call Insurance company. And contact neighbors for references on repair people. Years ago, I had to get my own estimates - and I was very angry because no agent ever came out to view the damage and then argued about how bad it was!! (in the 80s... Allstate... the same timeframe that Allstate was dam*ed by all the hurricane victims when Allstate didn't show up.)
